Refund Policy

CODNIOX provides a 7-day refund guarantee for eligible paid subscription activations. A refund request must be submitted within the displayed eligibility period. Once a refund is processed, the refunded paid plan is withdrawn and the previous eligible plan is restored where applicable. Referral rewards linked to a refunded qualifying purchase may be cancelled or reversed according to the Refer & Earn rules shown in the software.
