At Codniox Hostel OS, we want customers to be satisfied with our software and subscription services. 1. Free Trial New eligible hostel accounts receive a 1 Month Premium Free Trial. We recommend using the free trial to evaluate the software before purchasing a paid plan. 2. 7-Day Refund Policy For a first-time paid subscription, you may request a refund within 7 days of successful payment if the software does not meet your requirements. After 7 days, subscription payments are generally non-refundable. 3. Refund Not Applicable A refund may not be provided in cases of: Misuse or violation of our Terms & Conditions Repeated subscription/refund abuse Renewal payments after continued use of the service Issues caused by the user's device, internet connection, or unsupported third-party services 4. Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. The time taken for the amount to appear may depend on the bank or payment provider.
